Sunset Boulevard development is coming soon to the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Drawing upon JLA's successful record of renovation and management of historic hotels and living spaces. Sunset Terrace will be developed as a 6-unit bed and breakfast with views of the downtown LA skyline. Additional space will be used for a five star restaurant, gym, and rooftop space. This project is in progress.
